Our History

In 1999, Gaspar Saludes founded the Col·legi del Pirineu, the first private school in Andorra, providing local families with the option of educating their children at a school which promoted a varied and independent educational system.

The quality and innovation of the school’s curriculum resulted in it becoming one of the best schools in the Principality.In 2017, Col·legi del Pirineu joined the Globeducate international education group, furthering the school’s educational philosophy in line with its international vision. The school changed its name and became known as Agora Andorra International School, whilst continuing to promote academic excellence, an education in values and the all-round development of each of its students.

Agora Andorra International School aims to educate our students to become independent, thoughtful, hard-working and responsible young people, and our teachers work hard to ensure that every student is provided with the tools that they need to achieve their maximum personal and academic potential.
